‘Anichess’ NFT game launched with support from world chess champion Magnus Carlsen

Anichess is now in the first phase of its launch, according to an announcement from Animoca Brands, which is collaborating with Chess.com and five-time world chess champion Magnus Carlsen to launch the free browser game.

The initial version of the game, currently available, offers a single-player experience, with an online player-versus-player (PVP) mode to be added during the first quarter of 2024.
