Why is my transaction status still pending after 5 phases? I chose the lowest Bitcoin transaction fees offered by Atomic cryptowallet. why after

Can someone please help me? All you have to do is give us an answer. I wanted to send the medicine. 30€ of 0.00068911 Bitcoin. And at ATOMIC CRYPTOWALLET you can choose the fee for your desired transaction speed, so I choose the lowest fee that will get me the most € in my BTC after exchanging through the exchange platform which sends € to my SKRILL account. I sent BTC to my Exchanger and SKRILL account on the morning of January 31, 2024, and today is the evening of February 4, 2024, and the transaction status is still pending. Have my funds been lost? Or do I have to wait weeks or months for the funds to finally be deposited into my SKRILL account or back into my Atomic cryptocurrency wallet? Here is the HASH of my transaction. If you look at the blockchain, there is a transaction from my address to the exchange platform address, but there are no funds yet.
