op return – OP_RETURN How can UTXO be used as a rune fungible asset for Bitcoin?

I am a beginner trying to generate Runes tokens on the Bitcoin blockchain. We learned that OP_RETURN and UTXO can be used to add metadata to the blockchain. I have successfully written metadata to the blockchain and you can find it here.

Now my question is, how can we utilize this data to generate tokens and issue them to different addresses? Can anyone please provide some guidance on this issue?
