People say this is a scam. Is that so?

A few weeks ago, I was contacted by LinkedIn and he has been helping me in the cryptocurrency market. It’s been very successful, but now you have to pay mining fees to get money. I can’t use my wallet because the mining fees are large and have to be paid with fresh money. Is it a scam or normal?
