Partnered with dWallet Network to bring native Bitcoin rollup to Web3.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, April 2, 2024, Chainwire

After integration, users will be able to natively manage their BTC across all rollups in the Avail ecosystem without giving up control of their digital assets.

Avail, a modular blockchain solution designed to integrate Web3 and optimize data availability (DA) for scalable and customizable applications, and dWallet, a pioneering non-cooperative, decentralized multi-chain layer to roll out a programmable native Bitcoin. Partnered with Network. Avail Ecosystem.

Leveraging the newly released dWallet native functionality, smart contracts using Rollup built on Avail DA can programmatically manage native BTC for the first time while maintaining user ownership. This represents a paradigm shift for new Bitcoin L2 solutions, which largely rely on conspiratorial and often risky cross-chain solutions such as bridges that require users to sacrifice their BTC ownership.

“Allowing BTC to be used programmatically on other blockchains through a trust minimization approach is a clever approach to increasing BTC adoption.” said Anurag Arjun, co-founder of Avail. “With dWallet, we can enable layer 2 chains or rollups on top of the Bitcoin network. Bitcoin represents an excellent base layer that provides the highest security in the ecosystem from a DA perspective. As a result, dWallet integration allows users to secure their BTC through a decentralized multi-party computation (MPC) solution leveraging arbitrary execution and logic.”

Essentially, the goal of this collaboration is to enhance the capabilities of Bitcoin by leveraging dWallet’s MPC infrastructure to enable the creation of native Bitcoin rollups. This is to drive more efficient and secure transactions and operations on the Bitcoin blockchain and support a wide range of functions beyond simple transactions.

Integration with the dWallet network, combined with the ability to control dWallets from smart contracts in all Avail rollups, is made possible through Avail Nexus, a zero-knowledge coordination rollup that includes a proof-of-validation-based light client and proof-of-execution aggregation. This pivotal move toward Web3 integration will allow developers to strengthen Avail Fusion’s borrowed security from native assets from the most mature ecosystems, including BTC, ETH, and more.

Additionally, dWallet network integration will be enabled when the Fusion Security model is enabled, allowing users to securely store and stake their BTC, ETH or other assets on dWallet, while maintaining ownership while enhancing the safety of the Avail ecosystem. Native assets. This introduces the first native multi-chain staking/re-staking solution that aims to secure the consensus of different blockchains.

To implement the dWallet primitives, the dWallet network uses 2PC-MPC, a state-of-the-art protocol developed by the team. The industry’s first multi-party protocol allows ECDSA signatures to be generated in a non-cooperative manner, requiring the participation of end users and a significant number of nodes (potentially reaching hundreds or thousands).

dWallet technology allows developers to generate Bitcoin signatures and manage dWallets through Solidity smart contracts in Avail rollups. Meanwhile, dWallet Network requires approval of Avail rollup smart contracts for logic enforcement and requires users to finalize their signatures to prevent collusion and asset theft. Whether you are managing Web3 applications, DeFi, DAOs, gaming, or other domains, all protocols in the Avail rollup can leverage dWallet for enhanced functionality and secure interoperability.

“We are excited to collaborate with Avail because our vision for a unified Web3 has so much in common. Both companies are working to bring together many different ecosystems,” said Omer Sadika, co-founder of dWallet Network. said. “We strongly believe that the future of Web3 is multi-chain, not cross-chain, and we will work tirelessly with Avail to make this vision a reality.”

This latest integration aligns perfectly with Avail’s mission to unify Web3. Avail is already leading the future of rollups and helping solve growing scalability challenges with a comprehensive full-stack architecture comprised of three innovative solutions: DA, Nexus, and Fusion Security. Blockchain industry

Avail DA is the initial cornerstone element of the Avail trinity, providing extensive blob space for rollup developers and serving as the foundation layer for a diverse and vibrant rollup ecosystem. Built on top of Avail’s DA layer, Avail Nexus, which aims to unify ecosystems beyond blockchain, uses Avail DA as a trust anchor for ecosystem-wide coordination.

Finally, Fusion Security enhances Avail’s consensus mechanism by providing additional protection to the expanding rollup and blockchain network. Powering the Avail trinity with dWallet accelerates the integration of Web3, addresses fragmentation issues, and paves the way for a fully integrated, secure native experience across all Web3 ecosystems.

Dwallet network information

The dWallet network is home to dWallets, a programmable and transferable signature mechanism that lives on-chain. dWallet Network enables L1 and L2 builders to leverage dWallets as a building block for asset management and enforce logic in a decentralized and non-cooperative manner across Web3.

About Avail

Avail is building an integration layer to address rollup fragmentation and scalability. Avail solves this problem from first principles with its three-step roadmap: Avail Trinity. Starting with Avail DA, a proven data availability layer that scales on demand, followed by Nexus for permissionless integration, and Fusion for shared security. Blockchain and rollup developers can submit their transaction data to Avail DA today and inherit the security and benefits of Avail’s KZG promise and light clients with data availability sampling. Web3 integration is coming, so start building today!
