Cyber L2 and SPACE ID partnership revealed, cyber ecosystem airdrop announced
CyberConnect is collaborating with Space ID to improve interoperability, support Cyber L2 scalability, and provide ecosystem airdrops for token stakers to enable faster on-chain transactions.
Web3 social network CyberConnect has unveiled its latest partnership with universal name service network Space ID. This collaboration is built on a shared vision of building a universal decentralized identity (DID) infrastructure. This infrastructure enables seamless interoperability within the broader SPACE ID Web3 name ecosystem.
Improved interoperability with CyberID migration to SPACE ID 3.0 stack
Decentralized digital identities (DIDs) play an important role in decentralized social networks. CyberConnect and Space ID recognize the importance of building a universal DID infrastructure. To improve CyberID’s interoperability within the broader SPACE ID Web3 name ecosystem, CyberID will be migrated to the SPACE ID 3.0 stack. This migration provides a full-stack infrastructure for domain registration, verification, and management.
By tracking existing CyberID NFTs created on the Optimism network, we ensure that all CyberID holders receive their respective new CyberID NFTs through Cyber L2’s airdrop. This exciting development will be explained in more detail as we get closer to the Cyber L2 mainnet launch. The migrated CyberID will also be included in the SPACE ID Web3 Name SDK, enabling multi-chain resolution across the ecosystem.
SPACE ID supports the scalable future of Cyber L2
Cyber L2, an Ethereum Layer 2 solution, promises faster and cheaper on-chain transactions. In line with this, SPACE ID will support Cyber L2 to facilitate a scalable future. This integration simplifies and streamlines the process of creating, trading, settling and managing CyberID and other domain NFTs powered by Cyber L2 on the SPACE ID platform.
Additionally, this partnership will enable the creation of social applications on top of existing platforms leveraging CyberID, CyberGraph, and CyberAccount. CyberID allows users to enhance their web3 experience by building unique and sovereign identities on-chain.
Ecosystem Airdrop for Cyber L2 Supporters
To celebrate this important partnership, SPACE ID has prepared an ecosystem airdrop for Cyber’s early supporters. Eligible CyberID holders who are also $CYBER token stakers will receive airdropped $ID tokens. More details about this ecosystem airdrop will be shared in the near future.
