Bitcoin $67K, ETH Above $3300, SOL and XRP Crash
The top cryptocurrency price today saw tremendous volatility as Bitcoin (BTC) price remained above the $67,000 level. Moreover, the price of Ethereum soared past $3,300. Meanwhile, other top altcoins, including XRP, Cardano (ADA), and Solana (SOL), plummeted significantly.

At the time of writing on Saturday, April 5, the price of Bitcoin rose 0.20% to $67,777.31. On the other hand, trading volume in the last 24 hours decreased by 9.72% to $31.67 billion. On the other hand, the market capitalization of cryptocurrency boasted $1.33 trillion.
Looking at altcoins, the price of Ethereum rose 0.96% to $3,329.84 at press time, giving it a market cap of $399.74 billion. On the other hand, ETH’s trading volume decreased by 5.18%, reaching $13.87 billion. Meanwhile, the price of Binance Coin (BNB) fell 0.99% to $573.70. Additionally, 24-hour trading volume decreased 5.63% to $2.13 billion.
Today Solana price fell below $180. Solana price fell 2.99% to $176.84. In contrast, SOL recorded an 8.58% increase in trading volume over the last 24 hours to $4.17 billion. Meanwhile, the price of XRP recovered and approached the $0.59 level. XRP price rose 2.41% to $0.5833. On the other hand, XRP’s trading volume surged 40.82% to $2.15 billion.
Meanwhile, Cardano price rose 1.36% today to $0.5835. On the other hand, ADA recorded a 1.42% increase in 24-hour trading volume to $468.73 million. As the prices of top cryptocurrencies experienced volatility today, the meme coin sector followed suit. Dogecoin price fell 0.47% to $0.1743, while rival Shiba Inu price rose 1.65% to $0.00002673.

The Pepe Coin (PEPE) cryptocurrency, a popular Solana meme coin, has lost little value today. At press time, the Pepe coin price was down 0.36% to $0.000006716, giving it a market value of $2.82 billion. Additionally, PEPE’s 24-hour trading volume decreased 23.51% to $390.42 million.

Core (CORE), an EVM-compatible L1 project, has posted a perfect rally of over 12% and is currently ranked as the best cryptocurrency bull. At the time of reporting, the core price was up 12.13% to $2.63. Additionally, trading volume increased 17.03% to $363.73 million. Moreover, the core cryptocurrency hit a high of $2.84 amid today’s rally.
