Cash App Launches First Bitcoin-Focused Magazine

In an era when financial knowledge is desperately needed, Cash App took a ‘new’ step by launching ‘BREAD’, a free zine that combines financial education and culture. Aptly titled “Bitcoin Issues,” the inaugural issue promises to reshape public perception and understanding of the world and culture of Bitcoin. With a strong team of influential artists and writers, including Allison Davis, Richard Turley, and Daisuke, BREAD aims to make money more relatable and accessible to a diverse audience.

At the heart of BREAD’s mission is a commitment to transform the often intimidating world of finance and Bitcoin into a realm that ordinary people can relate to. By combining financial education and cultural insight, BREAD strives to break down barriers and make complex concepts like Bitcoin more accessible. The zine’s debut issue tackles the challenge of separating the chaff of Bitcoin, giving readers a fresh and intentionally comprehensive look at this increasingly influential asset.

“Bitcoin Issue” provides readers with a visual, gluten-filled feast that complements the zine’s educational content, with a design that enhances the reader’s experience and ensures BREAD is not only informative but also visually appealing.

BREAD’s “Bitcoin Issue” debuted on December 7, and physical copies are available at select stores in major U.S. cities. However, recognizing the global interest in financial education and cultural exploration, Cash App made the zine available online as well. This online platform allows readers around the world to preview zines and order free print copies.

As the first “Bitcoin issues” begin to emerge, BREAD plans to set the stage for a new era in which financial literacy becomes accessible and an integral part of the cultural conversation.
