Bitcoin Core: “Transaction fee increase failed (transaction could not be created. Insufficient funds)”

I sent an RBF transaction and it is in the mempool. I would like to increase the fee and check it out faster. ¿Here’s why Bitcoin Core says:

Failure to increase transaction fees (unable to create transaction, insufficient funds)

I selected “Deduct Fee from Amount” when sending the original transaction, but when I try to create a new higher fee transaction, why can’t I deduct the fee from the amount?
