bitcoind – Can I use “walletnotify” to see outgoing transactions from a surveillance-only wallet?

walletnotify Called whenever a wallet transaction occurs, i.e. a transaction in which at least one input or output belongs to the wallet. It doesn’t matter whether the transaction comes in or goes out, is created in a Bitcoin Core wallet, or in another wallet with the same set of keys.
