US lawmakers have urged Biden to bring back Tigran Gambarian, a Binance executive detained in Nigeria.

Gambaryan and another company executive, Nadeem Anjarwalla, were detained by Nigerian officials after being invited by the country to resolve a dispute with the cryptocurrency exchange.
