Bitcoin Core peer connection issues

I’m trying to sync my Bitcoin coins.

There is a problem.

There are TCP port and UDP port settings. The tcp ports are inbound 8333 and outbound 8333.

But still there is no peer connection.

I don’t know what to do now.
