Dynamic Labs said Wednesday it has secured $13.5 million in a Series A funding round led by a16z cryptocurrency.

According to the web3 company, the funds are being focused on introducing a new suite of non-custodial wallet tools. The new feature will help wallet developers “abstract the complexity of cryptocurrencies,” the company announced on Wednesday.

“We are excited to announce our $13.5 million Series A, led by a16z Cryptocurrency and joined by Founders Fund, Castle Island Ventures, Breyer Capital, Alchemy’s Nikil Viswanathan Joe Lau, and others. This funding will accelerate this incredible backing work. It will help builders,” Dynamic Labs said in a statement.

Dynamic Labs plans to release a new non-custodial wallet tool to give developers the ability to integrate FaceID and TouchID into web3 wallet designs. This helps facilitate the creation of a customized wallet login process for mobile users.

Dynamic Release SDK v1

Dynamic Labs also announced the official release of SDK v1 on Wednesday.

This new software development kit includes improvements to the underlying architecture, reduced package size, and a move to the Viem TypeScript library.

The new SDK also includes customization options, the ability to connect multiple wallets with authentication and connection modes, and email login that can be combined with a built-in wallet solution.
