Former FTX Executive Caroline Ellison’s Sentencing Hearing Set for September 24

“Ms. Ellison has been the focus of intense media scrutiny and Internet fascination since the inception of this case, including attempts by Sam Bankman-Fried to release Ms. Ellison’s personal information to the press,” the filing said. “Because Ms. Ellison’s friends should not be subject to harassment and exposure for writing letters to the court, Ms. Ellison seeks permission to redact their names and other identifying information from publicly filed versions of her letters and from her sentencing memorandum.”
