The next chapter of the Ether Leeum Foundation
hi! This is to jointly write a HSIAO-WEI and TOMASZ. We have now served as a new co -executive director for almost a month. The honeymoon is over. It’s time to move.
The moment of transition and opportunity
Ether Lee has always been a trip, an ecosystem where people who build more open and distributed worlds are constantly developing. The Etherrium Foundation (EF) can be 10 years ago, but will be willing to re -order themselves.
This year, EF has embraced dual directors and new leadership models. This design takes a variety of complementary perspectives and improves the ability to meet complex challenges. We are pleased to accept future opportunities and challenges due to its deep devotion to the core values of Ether Leeum, the steward of stewards, coordination and long -term thinking.
Importantly, the EF is not the two -headed wagon pulling in different directions. Our relationship is based on mutual respect, trust and shared value. We are closely cooperated, constructively challenged each other, and ultimately developed into a coalition team with a sharing goal.

In addition, we understand that we need to accelerate the travel of developers, founders, and institutions through the path of building Ether Leeum and adopting Ether Leeum. The Ether Reeum Foundation has knowledge and leaders who can mentor, lead, attract talented people.

Ether Leeum starts the next chapter. Values such as open source, censorship resistance, privacy and security are not changed. The Ether Rim Foundation is increasingly open to the organization to communicate openly.
We will focus on execution speed, responsibility, clear goals, goals and tracking. We will focus on the success of the Ethereum Mainnet protocol. Ether Leeum Mainnet will remain a global neutral network, a trusted protocol with incomprehensible. We will focus on the success of Ethereum Mainnet and the entire ecosystem -L2. L2S will bring a lot of benefits to users. Mainnet standing on a solid rock and agile network of all transactions and coordination mechanisms. We are excited about the journey. The journey through one of the most encouraging technical and social changes we will experience, the journey we will start together -visionary and global architects.
In front of us is a one -year scaling -scaling Ether Leeum Mainnet (L1), which supports the success of the L2 chain, expands the best architecture, protects the network, and makes users confidence. Hsiao-WEI’s memo
For the next few months, my priority is to strengthen the operation of EF to support the growth of the ecosystem. Adaptable and competent foundations help to better offer the long -term mission of Ether Leeum.
As we move to Sharper Focus, one of our goals is to better support Ethereum’s application layer. We will support builders and users by improving developers and user experiences, clarifying standards, strengthening ecosystems, and smoothing travel from ideas to live applications.
We are trying to improve the way of planning and prioritizing and prioritizing the team and the larger ecosystem in the EF, and our efforts are consistent with the demands of the community and the Cypher Punk spirit of Ether Leeum. EF reinforcement is just a part of the transition. True momentum comes from the energy and creativity of the Global Ether Leeum ecosystem.
The future built together
Ether Lee is not a single body. It is a living breathing network of community, architects, researchers, artists, educators and dreamers. It is global, diverse and proudly distributed. We are continuously inspired by the creativity and elasticity of the ecosystem. EF will continue to appear where we need it most, but we will create space when the ecosystem thrives itself. This is the future of the community.
