Pfizer The pharmaceutical giant issued disappointing 2026 earnings guidance. Pfizer expects adjusted earnings of between $2.80 and $3 per share next year. Analysts surveyed by LSEG expected 2026 earnings per share of $3.05. Revenue for the period is expected to be between $59.5 billion and $62.5 billion, which would be little change from the company’s 2025 revenue forecast of $62 billion. The stock price fell more than 4%.

Elanco Animal Health — The pet vaccine maker rose more than 3% after CEO Jeffrey Simmons and CFO Robert VanHimbergen disclosed the purchases, according to a regulatory filing.
