Index: Stock Market Update: Nifty Realty index falls 0.77% in weak market.
Brigade Enterprises Ltd. (up 0.71%) and Phoenix Mills Ltd. (up 0.71%) were among the biggest gainers.
Sobha Ltd. (down 1.81%), Swan Energy Ltd. (down 1.23%), Oberoi Realty Ltd. (down 1.19%), Godrej Properties Ltd. (down 1.19%) and Macrotech Developers Ltd. (down 0.84%). It was the biggest decliner in the index.
The Nifty Realty index was down 0.77% at 753.85 at the time of writing this report.
The benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was trading 76.1 points lower at 21342.55, while the BSE Sensex was trading 171.17 points lower at 71143.92.
Of the 50 stocks included in the Nifty index, 14 were trading in the green and 35 were trading in the red.
Shares of YES Bank, Vodafone Idea, Indian Railway Fin, Reliance Power and Indian Renewable were among the most traded stocks on the NSE.
Shares of Times Guaranty, Nintec Systems Ltd., Lypsa Gems, Century Ply and Tourism Finance hit 52-week highs in today’s trading, while shares of Bohra Industries, Raj Rayon, SEL Manufact, Naga Dhunseri Group and GIR Natureview hit 52-week highs . The deal is at its lowest.
