I want to retire at age 55 in a country with free health care. My spouse is scheduled to receive Social Security benefits and I have $160,000. Are we crazy?

I am 51 years old and would like to retire by 55. That leaves about $125,000 in retirement accounts and $35,000 in non-retirement accounts. I am planning to move out of the United States because I have a fully paid for home overseas. After living there for a year, you will receive a permanent residency card that essentially includes free national health care.
