SBF’s request to delay sentencing denied by Judge Kaplan

“We submit that sentencing proceedings for Mr. Bankman-Fried’s conviction, including a presentence interview, should not commence until Mr. Bankman-Fried has been found guilty,” the letter reads. “Doing so could potentially result in separate PSRs and separate sentencing hearings for conduct that was already part of the evidence the government proved at trial.”
