Goldman Sachs (GS) is reviewing the role of Bitcoin ETF through BlackRock (BLK) and Grayscale (GBTC).

The company is in talks to become an authorized participant (AP) for the exchange-traded fund, according to the people, who spoke on condition of anonymity. This is one of the most important jobs in the trillion-dollar ETF industry, creating and redeeming ETF shares and ensuring that the products trade closely with their underlying assets.
