Transfer BTC on Blockchain.com

If you lost your recovery phrase and accidentally sent a BTC transfer to a deleted wallet, the transaction is still on Blockchain.com. Is there a way to put transactions into a blockchain account or send them to another wallet? The transaction says it was mined and has a block number, does that mean I lost it? So how long should I recover, if at all possible?
