Address – Bitcoin Payment Delay

I’ve recently faced a situation involving Bitcoin trading and am seeking some clarification and advice. I gave my Bitcoin address to someone to receive payment, but I haven’t received the funds yet. The sender claims to have sent the money, but it’s been two days since the transaction began.

To support their claim, the sender provided me with a screenshot showing a different Bitcoin address than the one I provided. We explained that addresses may change during transaction processing. I’m a bit confused and uncertain as to whether this is true or not. Should the address remain the same as the address I originally provided?

Is there a way to verify the legitimacy of a transaction using the provided transaction ID or other means? What can you tell based on the given screenshot?

Thank you in advance for your help and guidance.

Here's a photo I sent as proof.
