Are my funds now lost forever?

I wanted to exchange and transfer my funds in BITCOINS to my SKRILL account for €. Therefore, ATOMIC cryptocurrency wallet chooses the lowest fee for this transaction. I sent BTC to the exchange on January 31, 2024 around 11pm and today is February 4, 2024 and my transaction is still in the status quo. pending. Will my funds be lost forever? So why does ATOMIC WALLET offer such low fees? Or if my funds are not lost, how long should I wait for my funds to be in my SKRILL account or back to my Atomic cryptocurrency wallet?
