Australian Treasury questions regulators over HyperVerse encryption plans: report

Australia’s Deputy Treasury Secretary and Minister of Financial Services, Stephen Jones, said he would ask the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) why it did not warn consumers about the HyperVerse cryptocurrency scheme like other countries.
