As they advance, they earn game tokens, especially $LEAF and $SEED. The $LEAF token is The Backwoods’ governance token. Additionally, players can engage in a variety of activities within the game, including purchasing in-game items, playing the game, or voting on decisions related to the community aspects of The Backwoods.
Players are also rewarded with tradable NFTs. By holding and staking Hero NFTs, players can also earn points in the form of $LEAF tokens.

Here’s how to get a potential The Backwoods ($LEAF) token airdrop:

To register with The Backwoods, go to https://app.backwoods.gg/ and connect your Solana wallet (e.g. Phantom wallet). Click “Connect” under your profile to connect your Discord and Twitter accounts.
- Start playing
Click “Play” to enter the game. You can earn 2,000 points per game, and 30 points for winning a stage.
- Optional: Purchase NFT Heroes
You can purchase NFT heroes at https://www.tensor.trade/trade/backwoods. NFT heroes are automatically updated to the game and cost approximately 2.8-2.9 $SOL. The benefits of owning The Backwoods NFT hero are that you can have unlimited referral codes, you can stake NFTs, and you can earn extra points for playing NFTs. Staking 1 NFT will get you 4,000 points per day, and playing with NFTs will get you 4,000 points per game.
