Bit Origin signs strategic partnership with Mner.Club
New York, Feb. Oct. 23, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Bit Origin Ltd (NASDAQ: BTOG) (“Bit Origin” or the “Company”), an emerging growth company engaged in the cryptocurrency mining business with a diversified expansion strategy, today announced. We have entered into a strategic partnership agreement (“Agreement”) with Mner.Club to distribute cryptocurrency mining machines. Under the agreement, Bit Origin and Mner.Club will cooperate in the field of cryptocurrency mining machine distribution and hosting, and Bit Origin will provide Mner.Club with cryptocurrency mining consulting and hosting service provider selection services.
Mner.Club recently unveiled a minerals project (the “Project”) introducing inscription assets adopting the BRC-20 and BRC-420 standards. The plan includes the deployment of cryptocurrency miners that will allow holders to receive regular distributions from a variety of assets, including Bitcoin, through staking.
The project initially aims to increase the treasury’s RWA holdings, which are mining machines, to continuously distribute profits to users. We are introducing a new paradigm for DeFi, focusing on the DeFi flywheel and sustainable yield incentives, emphasizing superior composability and injecting native yield-generating assets into the DeFi sector.
