Bitcoin Core Development – How can I get mempool transaction time in milliseconds?

Is it possible to run a Bitcoin node and collect mempool transactions as a unit? milliseconds?

More specifically, if you change the time unit of a mempool transaction correctly in the source code of txmempool.h, txmempool.cpp, kernel/mempool_entry.h, Kernel/mempool_persist.cpp, Rpc/mempool.cpp, the running Bitcoin node will then Collect and display mempool transactions in milliseconds?
