Bitcoin Core – Long Vanity Address

I found this address by chance:

On December 2, 2023, a small amount of Bitcoin was sent to some well-known Bitcoin wallets. I think it should be computationally possible to generate such addresses.

However, this sent Bitcoin to an address like https://www.blockchain.com/explorer/addresses/BTC/11PLEASExHELPxNEEDEDxASAP11tvgYg5.

Such addresses should not be possible to create. Yes? Do you agree that no one should have the private key to that address? They just sent their BTC and it is now lost forever.
