Bitcoin price (BTC) fell 4% during the morning hours in the US.

The news combined to lift the greenback and bond yields slightly, but had little impact on stocks. On the other hand, Bitcoin retreated quickly, falling more than 4% from its daily high and plummeting to $60,700. At press time, the price had rebounded to $61,000, down 0.6% over the past 24 hours. During the same period, the CoinDesk 20 index rose 0.15%.
