‘Bitcoin Rodney’, alleged promoter of HyperVerse crypto scheme, arrested for IRS fraud

Burton, also known as “Bitcoin Rodney,” was charged in Maryland with promoting the HyperVerse cryptocurrency investment scheme, court documents show. HyperVerse, also known as Hyperfund, HyperCapital, and HyperNation, was an unincorporated organization established around June 2020.
