Bitcoin Wallet App – wBTC and Zero Balance

I have 6 wBTC in my trust wallet, but for some reason it shows a $0 value associated with 3.6 wBTC. I’m trying to exchange to BTC and use BNB for transaction fees, but I keep getting an error and the transaction appears to proceed to the exchange, but I get nothing. The problem is that my balance shows $0. Any idea what’s going on and how I can convert WBTC to BTC and move to Binance or Coinbase?
