Bitcoin Wallet Piece

I carved the old drive into files and found a few Bitcoin magic number headers. My question is, does the wallet.dat file have a footer? Alternatively, is there a way to calculate the appropriate size for the Berkeley db file so I can cut and paste the hexadecimal numbers into a new file?
