bitcoind – Can’t send BTC with bitcoin-cli

A transaction was sent using bitcoin-cli.

bitcoin-cli sendtoaddress tb1q3qlv7k648hec866a0x395hq0h3sqcg2lrq5r0k 0.001

There is a transaction ID as the answer.

But still no confirmation (several hours).
