Bitget launches Web3 Leadership Program to nurture future cryptocurrency talent

Cryptocurrency exchange Bitget has launched the Web3 leadership program ‘Bitget COO Apprentice’ in Europe. The “Bitget COO Apprentice” program aims to give young individuals practical experience and leadership skills within the blockchain domain.

Under the Blockchain4Youth initiative, the Bitget COO Apprenticeship Program provides a unique opportunity for aspiring talent from across Europe to work directly with Bitget’s top management team.

Mentorship from key figures such as COO Vugar Usi Zade will allow participants to explore the complexities of Web3 while gaining practical insight and guidance from industry veterans.

The program stands out as a platform for immersive learning and professional growth by providing apprentices with exposure to a fully remote global corporate environment. Through a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical training, participants are prepared to emerge as influential leaders in the evolving digital financial landscape.

“We are excited to launch the Bitget COO Apprentice Program as part of our efforts to foster talent and innovation in the Web3 space,” said Vugar Usi Zade, COO of Bitget.

“This initiative will not only provide young graduates with valuable skills, but will also empower them to make significant contributions to the cryptocurrency industry.”

As part of the program, the top three apprentices will embark on a fully funded mentoring trip to Dubai with Bitget’s COO. This exclusive opportunity will further enrich participants’ learning journey by providing unparalleled access to industry insights and networking methods.

Bitget’s Blockchain4Youth initiative, launched in May 2023 with a $10 million investment over five years, highlights the company’s commitment to engaging millennials and Gen Z to shape a cryptocurrency-friendly future.

According to a study conducted by Bitget, millennials account for 46% of cryptocurrency enthusiasts, highlighting the pivotal role of younger generations in driving the adoption of digital assets.

With the introduction of the COO Apprentice Program, Bitget aims to cultivate a group of skilled professionals who can lead the blockchain revolution. By immersing participants in this dynamic industry, Bitget seeks to empower them to become pioneers in the ever-expanding decentralized finance landscape.
