Bitget Wallet launches BWB point airdrop, strengthens collaboration with Ethena

Bitget Wallet, widely recognized as the leading Web3 wallet in Asia and internationally, has entered into a partnership with Ethena, a platform for Ethereum-based synthetic dollars. Thanks to this partnership, users who have deposited more than 100 USDT on Ethena in the past 3 months will receive a BWB points airdrop. In future plans, these points may be converted to BWB tokens after the airdrop campaign is completed. Ethena also introduced new incentives. Users who keep USDe stablecoin in their Bitget wallet for at least 7 days will benefit from a 20% increase in rewards.

The Essence — Streamline access to Ethena through Bitget Wallet

The collaboration will make Ethena accessible through Bitget Wallet on mobile devices and through a browser extension. This makes it easy to manage token transactions, staking, participate in Pendle campaigns, and trade USDe. The integration will allow ENA tokens to be deposited into Pendle, where users can earn points or secure favorable prices. Bitget Wallet’s mobile DApp browser improvements have dramatically streamlined the user experience.

In addition, Bitget Wallet has launched the BWB Ecosystem Partner Program. This is aimed at strengthening participation in the DeFi sector and encouraging the growth of collaborative projects. The program connects projects with over 70 blockchains, including Ethena, and rewards users with BWB points if they meet the conditions.

Plans are underway for the BWB token to launch a Token Generation Event (TGE) and Initial Exchange Offering (IEO) in the upcoming second quarter. Once TGE is completed, BWB point holders can convert their points into BWB tokens and receive dividends as a reward for the continued growth of Bitget Wallet in the Web3 ecosystem. New users who download the Bitget Wallet app will automatically receive 50 BWB points that can be converted into tokens after TGE.

This month, Bitget Wallet launched a BWB points airdrop campaign targeting Ethena users who traded at least 100 USDT in the past three months. Eligible participants will be awarded BWB points, which can be converted into BWB tokens in the future. The airdrop, which runs until April 28, is open to both new and existing Bitget Wallet users and active users of other major Web3 wallets and includes specific wallet actions to increase points accumulation.

Bitget Wallet announced this collaboration following Ethena’s strong performance last month. In March, Ethena’s USDe stablecoin delivered an annual percentage yield (APY) of 67%, making it the best-performing decentralized application in terms of revenue. The current stablecoin APY is 24%.
