Blockchain – Any advice will help

I need some advice. I am currently processing cryptocurrency recovery through an agency called Easyreclaim0 @Gmail.com and have done some transaction verification. I was able to recover 90% of the $200,000 I lost, and I only received $60,000, and it’s already been 4 days since I started. I’m a little worried. I want to know if they took the rest of my money or if it’s actually impossible to fully recover everything I lost.
