Can I remove an input from an RBF transaction?

There are 2 addresses. One transaction:

Input 1: 0,5BTC

Input 2: 0,5BTC

Output 1: 0.99BTC

Can I replace this transaction with the next transaction?

Input 1: 0,5BTC

Output 1: 0,49BTC

If possible, how would this be done using Bitcoin Core?
