Can I set up a Lightning Network Nostr tip using the Bolt12 offer?

I confirmed that NIP-57 references the LNURL specification, which also references LUD-06 and LUD-16.

As someone who is not yet familiar with all the different specs, can you explain in simple terms if it is possible to integrate Bolt12 invoices with LUD-06 or LUD-16 identifiers and consequently Nostr tips?

Bolt12 seems like a neat solution that doesn’t require an intermediate web server. How do I get Nostr tips using Bolt12? Another NIP?
