Cboe announces revised Spot Ether ETF submission as it renews hopes for industry approval

Form 19b-4 may be approved this Thursday (when VanEck and Cboe’s first applications face a final deadline), but the spot ether ETF cannot be launched until the SEC approves Form S-1. Submitted directly by the publisher. There appears to be less movement on this front than in the 19b-4 filing. However, some applicants have already begun revising their S-1 forms.
