coinbase.com – Use bitcoinlib generated wallet on exchange

I’m trying to get comfortable with cryptocurrency trading and I know enough about Python to know it’s risky. Includes the ability to create HD wallets using bitcoinlib. My question is can I use the HD wallet created by bitcoinlib to trade on existing exchanges like Coinbase? thank you
