Danish stocks rise at close of trading. OMX Copenhagen 20 Up 1.46% From Investing.com

Investing.com – Danish stocks rose after the close on Tuesday, with gains in the and sectors leading shares higher.

It added 1.46% at the close in Copenhagen.

The top performer of the session was Oersted AS (CSE:), which rose 2.56% or 9.70 points to trade at 389.30 at the close. Meanwhile, Ambu A/S (CSE:) added 1.86% or 2.05 points to close at 112.00. novo nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:) rose 1.83% or 16.00 points to 891.30 in late trading.

The worst participants in this session were: Genmap (CSE:) was down 1.08% or 22.00 points to trade at 2,008.00 at the close. Carlsberg A/SB (CSE:) was down 1.00% or 9.40 points at 935.20 and DSV Panalpina A/S (CSE:) was down 0.42% or 4.50 points at 1,076.50.

On the Copenhagen Stock Exchange, advancing stocks outnumbered declining ones by 85-50, with 22 ending unchanged.

Crude oil for June delivery rose 0.95% (0.78) to $82.68 per barrel. In other commodities trading, Brent crude for June delivery rose 0.85%, or 0.74, to $87.74 a barrel, while the June gold futures contract fell 0.43%, or 10.10, to $2,336.30 an ounce.

USD/DKK fell 0.46% to 6.97, while EUR/DKK was unchanged 0.02% at 7.46.

U.S. dollar index futures fell 0.36% to 105.54.
