Does everyone have transactions using layer 2 protocols?

I was wondering if anyone knows of a transaction that uses layer 2 protocols.

Let’s say that instead of looking for the off-chain L2 protocol and transactions themselves, we are looking for on-chain Bitcoin transactions created by L2 functions.

One example is referenced in why the lock time for a transaction is 1987.

However, I believe that many on-chain transactions created for L2 purposes may be indistinguishable from regular Bitcoin transactions.
