Dual funding channel TC interpretation

This transaction (c8541ac19c5998a970fa8ce8d4e14987b0374d8aec4d0a298fddce99af046e9e) appears to be a double funding channel opening, but I’m not sure how to interpret it. Change output appears to represent any kind of contribution from one of the parties. To be naive, it feels like I’m opening a single funding channel, with 0.1 UTXOs required to configure the channel and the rest returned as changes. Am I interpreting this correctly?
