Electrum – I need help restoring my Bitcoin Core wallet

I installed Bitcoin Core version 25.0, started syncing, and even made a transaction there to confirm the transaction without waiting for it to sync. I wanted to transfer my wallet to Electrum, but it turned out that importing it is not possible with this version of the wallet. I sent my private and public keys, but I can’t use my Bitcoin in Electrum, I can only view it. I wanted to change my Bitcoin Core wallet version to an older version, so I downloaded and installed it, but the wallet ended up disappearing. Please tell me how I can restore it! I only have the address where the transaction was made, the seed phrase, and a copy of Electrum.
