Elon Musk’s SpaceX files move company from Delaware to Texas
Elon Musk’s SpaceX has filed a lawsuit seeking to change the company’s location of incorporation from Delaware to Texas.
In a filing Wednesday, the Texas Secretary of State certified SpaceX’s application for conversion. SpaceX has extensive operations in Texas, including its launch facility.
The move comes after the Delaware Court of Chancery last month.
