ETH is targeting a new record in 2023, trading above both the 50-day simple moving average and the 200-day simple moving average. This confirms continued bullish sentiment and establishes near-term support levels.

The Relative Strength Index (RSI) declined moderately, moving down from 70 to 56 and approaching the midline level of 50.

Ethereum Price: Bullish Aiming for $3,000 Highs?

Bulls expect a continued bullish trend that could trigger further upward movement above the rising channel. Bulls could target an expected high of around $3000 in the coming 2023.

If the bears continue their correction phase, the price is likely to fall further towards the support area at $2150, which coincides with the lower boundary of the rising channel.

A break below this level could increase selling pressure, potentially triggering a further decline towards the important support level around the $1950 support zone.
