Evergrande unit in China begins legal action against parent company By Reuters

(Reuters) – Evergrande Property Services said on Friday its unit has commenced legal action against its parent company China Evergrande (HK:) and Hengda Real Estate in the Guangzhou Intermediate People’s Court.
The development comes ahead of China Evergrande’s high-profile case on Monday, when a judge will decide whether to liquidate the embattled Chinese property developer.
