exchanges – Do all cryptocurrency brokers use the same database?

If I submit a Bitcoin sell order on Webull, Robinhood users will also be able to see my order, which makes me wonder if it’s possible to trade cryptocurrencies between different platforms.

If not, what are the largest cryptocurrency brokerages that offer lower fees and good data/analytics tools?
