Genesis Pays $21 Million Fine to SEC to Settlement Charges for Gemini Earn Product

Bankrupt cryptocurrency lender Genesis Global Capital is seeking to settle charges filed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for allegedly violating securities laws by offering and selling its now-defunct Gemini Earn program, SEC. Agreed to a final judgment ordering him to pay $21 million. It was announced on Tuesday.
