Hong Kong cryptocurrency exchange Bitzlato co-founder pleads guilty to US remittance fees

Anatoly Legkodymov, co-founder of Hong Kong-based cryptocurrency exchange Bitzlato, has made unlicensed transfers in connection with allegations that the exchange handled funds from ransomware attacks, illegal drug trafficking and other crimes. He pleaded guilty to charges of operating a service, U.S. officials announced Wednesday.
